This Privacy Policy explains how iCall Connect (“we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects personal data when you visit icallconnectus.com, contact us or apply for a job. We process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Dominican Republic Law 172-13 on the Protection of Personal Data.
1. Who we are

2. What data we collect and why
Contact and information requests
When you use our contact form we collect your first and last name, company (optional), phone, email, the service you are interested in and your message, together with technical data recorded with the submission (IP address, browser user agent, the page you sent it from and the date). We use this data to answer your request and, if you ask for it, to prepare a proposal. Legal basis: your consent and the steps you request before entering into a contract (GDPR art. 6(1)(a) and (b); Law 172-13).
Job applications
When you apply for a position we collect your name, email, phone, your CV and, if the position requires it, your answers to a written test and an audio recording for the spoken test. We also keep a record of your consent (date and wording accepted). We use this data only to evaluate your application for this and future recruitment processes. Legal basis: your consent and pre-contractual steps (GDPR art. 6(1)(a) and (b); Law 172-13).
Website operation and security
Our servers keep standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser) to deliver the site, prevent abuse and keep it secure. Forms include automatic spam protection. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in operating a secure website (GDPR art. 6(1)(f)).
3. How long we keep your data
- Contact form submissions: 12 months; they are then moved to a trash folder and permanently deleted 30 days later. Replies exchanged by email remain in our business mailbox for as long as needed to manage the relationship.
- Job applications of candidates who are not hired: 12 months; personal data (name, email, phone, notes, answers) is then anonymized and the CV and audio files are deleted.
- Hired candidates: the application becomes part of the employment record and is kept as required by applicable labor and tax laws.
- Email delivery logs: kept for a short period to ensure messages are delivered.
4. Who we share data with
We do not sell personal data. We only share it with service providers that process it on our behalf and under our instructions:
- Website hosting (servers in the United States), where the website, form submissions and application files are stored.
- Google Workspace, which we use to send and receive email.
- Google Maps, embedded on our contact page to show our office location.
- WhatsApp (Meta), only if you choose to contact us through the WhatsApp chat button.
Some of these providers are located outside the Dominican Republic and the European Economic Area. In those cases transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent contractual commitments.
5. How we protect your data
The site is served over HTTPS. Access to submissions and applications is restricted to authorized staff with individual accounts. CVs and audio files are stored in a private area that cannot be accessed directly from the internet and are only available to authorized recruiting staff.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to rectify it, to request its erasure, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal. Under Law 172-13 these include your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition.
To exercise any of these rights, email info@icallconnect.us with the subject “Privacy request”. We will answer within 30 days. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may also lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority.
7. Cookies
Our website uses the technical cookies needed for it to work (for example, to keep logged-in staff signed in and to protect forms against spam). Embedded services such as Google Maps or WhatsApp may set their own cookies when you use them; please refer to their privacy policies.
8. Children
Our services and job openings are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in our services or in the law. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
